Pros
They do offer a decent, inexpensive health insurance plan for workers--unlike many temporary agencies.
Cons
At the factory Express sent me to, I was sexually harassed by a full-time employee. After attempting to resolve the situation myself, I reported it to both Express and the company I'd been assigned to. They took it very seriously at first, then fired me for fabricated reasons. (I'd worked there for nearly a year, was well-liked by everyone, met production goals consistently, and could be counted on to put in lots of over-time when necessary.) I filed for unemployment benefits, and Express had the audacity to deny my claim. I easily prevailed at the required hearing to determine my eligibility for benefits, and I filed a formal complaint with the local Human Relations Commission against both Express and the factory they'd assigned me to. Moral of the story: Express does not have your back, report sexual harassment at your own peril.
