Good hours (While you have a temp job)

Cons

You have to work 300 hours with a company to be CONSIDERED for a position in said company. IF you are considered, it completely resets your seniority as if you never worked there. The people who handled your next jobs are very disorganized and lack communication both on the employees end and employers hand. I accepted a job 45 minutes away from home and when I got there they said they had no idea I was coming and that they already filled the position.

Cons

Definitely more of entry-level roles and to be successful internally within a staffing agency requires a lot of drive, grit, hard work and compassion as well.
