Pros
While this position and company is absolute garbage, I would say that the professional experience one gains from such a place is invaluable. Such experience includes: interfacing with clients, general (and I mean GENERAL) recruiting skills such as sourcing, interviewing, and helping to solve the ever changing needs of the clients. That is truthfully about it.
Cons
The management is abhorrent in the truest sense of the word. Blatant favoritism exists to a such an extent that sexual harassment is commonplace. In addition, common industry benefits such as agreed PTO and direct hire commission can be canceled at a moment’s notice. The culture itself promotes a sell, sell, sell environment which in and of itself isn't too foreign; however, without any incentive structures or processes in place it's hard to stay motivated. Heck without an incentive structure you're basically a step away from being a social worker. I would reconsider any and all internal positions offered.
