Pros

They were very thorough in finding me a job where I would have a short commute and enjoyable atmosphere.

Cons

The job was only 12-20 hours a week tops. Didn't seem interested in finding a job for me with longer hours once placed there.

Pros

They did not micromanage you but stress the hell out of you about not hitting their goal numbers.

Cons

Owner and Manager of both Rke and NRV only cares about NUMBERS. Even if it’s not your team’s fault for hitting them. If you happen to find a good candidate - hire them and they don’t show up to the job. YOUR FAULT!! Just know there is a lot of sales with the position they do not tell you about up front. If you are not picking up the phone making calls to sale or set appointment then they will let you go. No job security with this company as a staffing consultant. We had two consultants in the rke office and if one did more sales than the other you are brought into Garry’s office and are talked down too. Benefits are awful I did even take them they was so bad. I worked MOST holidays. I think we only got 5 days off a year not even Xmas eve. You don’t get much PTO either. You are ALWAYS salary for these locations. The staffing consultant are excepted to not take lunches. We would work without a lunch for weeks at a time. I would come into work around 7:00am and they would still want me to stay after 5. If you are sick you have to use PTO or it is not covered. You do not get benefits, PTO, Vacations until hired for 6 months.
