Pros

Pretty slow from around 12-5. After people are done calling and you have no interviews left, pretty much work at your own pace for the rest of the day.

Cons

Owner cared ONLY about money. Very unstable work environment. Unethical, break HR and EEOC laws on an everyday basis. Low class people that try to apply. A lot have felony backgrounds. Tried to complain to corporate about how she operated and they would take the complaint but pretty much said as long as she pays her franchise fee, they won't intercede. Needs to be reported to higher authority.

Pros

Absolutely no pros to this company/franchise.

Cons

Offered position as a Front Office Coordinator. Loved the job. HOWEVER, first, they are NOT BBB accredited. Second, I worked very hard to organize the particular "franchise." The owners and "staff consultants," came across as very empathetic toward the "unemployable." They would laugh when someone came in to apply, after they left. I worked four days. I overheard a conversation between a young lady and the "staff consultant," who hired me on Thursday, if he (staff consultant), had asked the owners if she could have my job. Really, I'm college educated and could hear the whole conversation. This young lady sat in front the next day, (a Friday), while I still came in and worked. I overheard yet another conversation. "You have her job," come dressed business casual on Monday. At 4:30, the owner asks me into his office. He advises me, I did not "fit into the family." While, I had an excellent work ethic, he was having someone come in from the Pueblo, Colorado office for my position. He blatantly lied to my face. I told the owner, I heard both conversations, and he became very nervous. I was "used," for lack of a better term. When I came in to pick up the check, the young girl was at the front desk, in my position. I won't work for hypocrites and liars. Go to Morgan Hunter. They are professional, and it is not a "franchise."
