Upper management are awful (areas and divisional) No support Hours changed at last minute Above 45 contracted hours per week The culture and “values” that they drum into you are the words- reminds me of the book 1984

No other management present in store when you’re there, can lounge and do what you want to a degree

Cons

Everything else? Extremely heavy workload, two people in the shop per day, huge deliveries, you’re expected to get everything done within a day whether it be a 7 hour day or a 14 hour day it’s the same workload for you. Area managers are present often, never have anything good to say always negative
