Lack of Staff, Poor communication when asked to cover other stores, stock takes every 3rd or 4th Saturday night till late, poor merchandising layout from higher ups allowing for high theft rate from first aisle (Coffee & leg of lamb) been the highest loss rates, low rate of pay for a busy & high work load (Again due to lack of staff)
