15% discount on store items and nice customers (at times)

Cons

Bad pay, overwork people, horrible staff, really bad environment, inconsistent shifts, you basically run the full shop by yourself while the manger is in the office, weekly stock takes that you have to attend every Saturday till 11 pm (they lie and say it will be monthly) do not work for this company
