Not many, look elsewhere for work.

Cons

Also the company want you to arrive on time or early but have no issue with keeping you (pointlessly) for an additional 10 minutes to count your till. I could go on and on but all in all the company are pretty backwards and it's astonishing that they have lasted this long. Look for a job elsewhere, there's a reason nobody shops here.
