The company was so unprofessional you only have to mention the Trade Unions and they leave you alone for fear of repercussions

Cons

You don't get paid for the hours you work. You go the extra mile to impress, they come to expect it of each and every gruelling shift. Stock checks are a joke and go on until 1am (start at 8pm). Area Managers are horrid and try to subtly threaten you at every turn (but I suspect they're under immense pressure too). Next to no training given and then you're berated for your decisions. If you're willing to sacrifice your life you should be able to progress in this company.
