Cons

Long hours, refused time off, denied holidays . Treated like crap on a regular basis and lucky to get a break, constantly called or texts sent on days off.

Pros

Depending on who you work with, could be a very good place to work with a fun atmosphere.

Cons

Extremely hard to achieve expectations, due to cuts to staff hours, management almost never get breaks due to pressure to get things done. In my experience higher management could be a very untrustworthy, i.e. keeping staff in the dark about changes to break entitlement and calling people behind their backs if they are not perfect. Can be very unprofessional at times.

Decent amount for discount, get meet new people everyday. No two days are the same.

Cons

Overworked and underpaid. Break the law with hours and shifts. Minimal staff due to cuts ( running a store for 12 hours a day with 2 staff).
