Everything. Do not work for this company I have been in retail for over 20 years and never in all my career have I seen people treated as badly as the divisional and other area managers treat the staff. Expected to do a 55-60 hour week as a minimum anything less is not acceptable. Was a disciplinary offence to turn your phone off I had phone calls at 4 in the morning not great with 2 young children. I was with a divisional manager while doing a store visit where he just screamed and shouted at two poor supervisors who had been left to it as the store had no manager or assistant manager, ridiculous situation

Everything! Hardly any staff,no respect from area or divisional managers. Always have to rearrange holidays. Stock-takes are a joke. Deliveries are always wrong which is where shrinkage occurs. Constantly being accused of staff stealing. It's an awful place to work. They work you like dogs!
