15% staff discount, life insurance 5x salary, company car, phone and laptop. Good wage 25-30k plus bonuses.

Cons

Don’t get a minutes piece from top management. Phone non stop plus e-mails galore. Set unrealistic bonus targets. Everything that goes wrong is the area managers fault. Expected to drop everything at a moments notice. Day of or not. Silly youngsters as graduate management. Aggressive management show very little respect, and that’s right from the top!

Sometimes they give you free stuff, uou get 15% off, colleagues are nice

Cons

Low salaries, a lot of work, a lot of stock in the morning, while unpacking stock, you have to run like hell to the tills to serve a customer and then return and continue unpacking.
