Pay, line managers, overall a good place to work if you put in the hours and hard graft and enjoy it.

Cons

Long hours and no breaks if have things to do, same will all the staff, need to work 7 days a week most weeks to get thinf s done as no payroll for staff.

training & development, promotion & development within our teams! Internal & external candidates, support & value of all Management on every level . Movement in the area for all staff etc, to develop where necessary. Solid understanding of the needs of their stores within every area possible.Managers manage their business, whom ever is involved! Team work! Ability to implement & share ideas , promotional possibilities are second to none!!!!

uniform provided, the trousers cut you like a knife! wash them at least 5 times before you wear them.
