The company has great values, customer service being the best, which I also pride myself with, and an excellent basic training programme. The company has a quick turn around with things like ordering and delivering, and getting issues resolved as the in store team we don't have to go through a lot of stages to get to the right people.

Cons

The pay isn't great, and feel that the company isn't developing there team to take the next step. A lot of excellent potential management however not given the resources or knowledge to take the next step.

loved working for this company shame the manager was just a total knob end or would have stayed for ever . christmas bonus chances to win extra wages people always off sick so soo much over time good for my pocket training program

if u have a bad manager she takes all the credit for your teams hard work an puts the team down constantly because she doesnt enjoy the job an should get a new one or leave so then it will be amazing to work there not just great but yea that was just that set person what i would call a drainer so yes do work for farmfoods its amazing barr a drainer
