Christmas bonus Most customers are kind to staff Mostly friendly colleagues Good variety of stock

Cons

12 hour long workdays with 6-9 hour stock takes every so often, often finishing after midnight. Very toxic management, both local and upper. Failure to comply with laws surrounding under 18’s and how often/the hours they work. Failure to support colleagues with disabilities, within reason.

Very little if I remember,,apart from a wage

Lack of support from manager ,area managers gave a aura of do as your told or else. Never had rotas in advance and also constant stock takes which I'm sure we're never recorded properly
