Management is horrendous. They are cowardly and will often hide critiques till the last second. Instead of pointing out easy to fix mistakes at the time they choose to wait till the last second to berate you for them. They also don't trust staff at all, you're expected to label everything you buy or bring into the store and bag searches at the start and end of shift are mandatory. Very little proper training, just some e-learning courses. Very little understanding of it's customer base, constantly sending in stock that will never sell and then getting annoyed the backshop is full and the shelf's are over stocked. Also understaffed, with only a manager and one retail assistant (maybe 2 if you're lucky) on at a time.

Since I started working there they fired a guy the next day for not hitting the ridiculous pick rate. After speaking to all the employees it turns out they have a huge turnover of staff, I would say there way of doing business is or very close to the edge of being ilegal, Nobody hits the pickrate, You are constantly threatened to work your absolute socks off or be sacked. DISGUSTING COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
