You will work none stop like I mean literally you will do everything while rest of team serve customers you will work entirely shop floor on you're own and bring deliverys in by yourself That's not all you are expected to do temperature checks on everything check products tickets oh and if you haven't finished everything by end off you're shift you have to stay and finish it ( also you're not paid for it ) you can be there easily for another 4 hours I'm not joking please do yourself a favour and don't ever come a supervisor with Farmfoods

Pros

I would be dishonest with myself if I wrote anything positive. Only plus is a good wage but you sacrifice your personal life for it.

Cons

Not enough staff to cover stores and getting worse due to staff cutbacks. Really bad rota practises for staff holidays. Unhappy staff in all departments that keep the stores running leading to high staff turnover and burnout staff.
