      Pros

      - Opportunities to keep learning in your field - Actually, care and do things to stop climate change - Great teammates - Great coffee - Electric carpools - International environment -Team building activities (not only in your team but the whole company) - Flexible hours

      Cons

      It is still a growing company; for that reason, it is more challenging how to organize the workflow and work with multiple teams simultaneously. However, still fun to be part of that growing environment and figure it out together.

      Great management and environment. There is no micromanagement and taking of initiative is celebrated. Amazing office and view and delicious coffee.

      I have been working for Fastned for close to a year and have not experienced anything negative.

      Pros

      I’ve just recently joined Fastned and it’s been such a welcoming environment. We had a super thorough onboarding that covered all aspects of the business: from fast charging master class, to architectural design to even office coffee making workshop! The work and environment is exactly what I expected from the interview process.
