- Growing company with important mission - Managers support the development of employees. - It's not "just work": Working at Fastned also means lots of fun with colleagues (sound like a cliché, but it really is fun. If you have a bad day, it's always getting better at work. Not even to mention Friday-Drinks, Christmas Party etc.) - Opinions are valued and wanted: Have an idea out of the box also outside your department? The Start-up spirit is still strong and ideas are shared throughout the company. - Not for lone-wolves: Working at Fastned means working together towards the same goal. That does not mean, that one doesn't have own projects, but improvements are shared within the teams and feedback provided. - Hands-on mentality
Cons
- When a company grows from a start-up to a larger company, it can have some "growing pains." For Fastned: Mix of "Frequent changes of processes" and "topics may be discussed too long".
