      Pros

      Great management and environment. There is no micromanagement and taking of initiative is celebrated. Amazing office and view and delicious coffee.

      - Expensive coffee machine - Small company

      Cons

      I have been in the company for some time and I did not find it a pleasant place to work at: - Old fashion hierarchical culture - Harsh criticism towards women. - Immobilism and micromanagement is prevalent. Limited opportunity for independent decision making. - Old-school marketing methodologies. Obsessive references to marketing books and practices from the 70’s . - Bro’s culture with managers sharing photos of former parties during company meetings.

      Pros

      I’ve just recently joined Fastned and it’s been such a welcoming environment. We had a super thorough onboarding that covered all aspects of the business: from fast charging master class, to architectural design to even office coffee making workshop! The work and environment is exactly what I expected from the interview process.
