Way too much pressure. I was hired part time and made it clear that I could only work at most 25 hrs a week, and my manager was scheduling me 30-35 hrs a week, and then gave me an attitude when I told them I couldn't work that much. Not enough training, which, given that it was the Christmas season, and was super busy, was not good and made things very difficult to learn. I always felt like I was doing something wrong, and was, on multiple occasions, shown how to do things in a way that I guess wasn't correct?? Just not a good experience, I don't know, maybe I just wasn't cut out for it, but still.
