      Great company to work for if you are looking to have balanced life/work environment.

      Pros

      Workload is shared and many senior stuff members who can be good support system for junior stuff. Very stable company to work for as lay offs may be the last item on the CEOs list of cost cutting measures, he seems to care a bit about the employees.

      Cons

      Wouldn't recommend for new college graduates who are still fresh & looking to develop their job skills quick as there's tendency to specialize in few job roles and not too exciting for workaholics, u may be bored with no work to do at times. Low stuff turnover, meaning very limited opportunities for growth to the next level.
