Pros

There is room for Growth you just have to want it. they have great benefits, you can always get hours if your willing to work at others stores sometimes. if you like to always have something to do this is the job for you not lazy people, and if you have computer knowledge that's a plus.

Cons

You have to be able to deal with rushes of people ,phone calls, management that knows less than you.

Pros

Flexible schedules is really the only good thing I can think of.

Cons

Too much red tape when it comes to efficiently getting projects done, it doesn't matter if you can demonstrate a better and more efficient way of doing something, you have to do it their way, even if it doesn't work. Rather than fix these issues, management would rather micro-manage things, like how we count down a register, bathroom breaks, and what kind of tape we use. Also, unless the district manager is your drinking buddy, golfing buddy, or unless you are dating someone in management, you can forget about ever getting a promotion. If you are part time, there are no health benefits.

Pros

Decent employees in most locations.

Cons

Senior management is definitely a popularity contest. If they want you gone they will find something to get rid of you. I was employed there for 8 years and when they decided they did not want me there I was gone in under a month.
