enjoyed being busy working and multi tasking

very poor communication, never getting a translator for meetings, never getting promoted, not enough money, teasing and harassment on the job, poor management

Pros

Printing and making signage was by far the most satisfying part about the job. Working with some great people and still talk to them currently years after I left. Benefits seemed pretty good compared to competitors.

Cons

This is a great place to work, but unless you work at the signs and graphics plants, the pay can be lacking. However, the S&G plants are typically in high cost of living areas but much better than dealing with "I need it now" customers. It also takes a long time to move up because of how much they expect out of you. The leap from regular consultant to lead was easy but to AM took quite awhile. I have to say the hardest part about the job is telling a customer you can't ship their box because its damaged,
