Pros

Nice Fedex shipping discount -75%

Cons

Poorly staffed stores No training provided Customers are mentally, physically and emotionally draining to deal with Low raises No advancement opportunities Many of my co workers and unable to deal with simple situations on their own, without needing someone to stand over their shoulder and coddle them Stores are open on most major holidays (Easter, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day)

Pros

Insurance, job security-FedEx isn't going anywhere anytime soon.

Cons

Absolutely no opportunity for advancement. You will die here. You are better off to transfer in to a manager position from an outside company. No incentive to do anything better. You do not get a lunch break, much less 2 ten minute breaks in a full days shift. The company only focuses on managers, regular old peons mean nothing and are not communicated to whatsoever-oh except the product of the month!! Make sure you shove those flash drives down peoples throats, because customer service means nothing and hitting your metrics is the only thing that anyone looks at.
