Pros

It is a good place to work if you are in school for part-time. Flexible. Always work to do. Good coworkers. Compensation is decent

Cons

I dont feel the pay matches the work and headache sometimes. Policies are often uneccesary. Part-time employees can be underappreciated. Most of the benefits are intended for full-time including tuition help which doesnt make sense. Some centers are unorganized.

Pros

Good insurance coverage for full-time employees, if you can wait more than 90 days to get it.

Cons

"Health insurance" for part-time employees is not really health insurance. It is a "mini-med," and it is worthless.

Pros

The benefits are very good for position. The hours are somewhat flexible allowing employees to take time off for appointments and vacations. Employees can get discounts on Microsoft Office and Photoshop.

Cons

The pay starts at $9 per hour and the new employees mainly work nights, weekends, and holidays. The store does not close due to bad weather. There is little opportunity to move in the company or to other branches. Management is rarely available after 3 pm.
