Not many anymore, just the relationships you build around you

Basically everything else Upper management decisions Merging with FedEx Ground is killing customer experiences and losing business because we can no longer deliver the “purple promise”

Favortism, values changed from the last 10 years. Previously very big on promoting within, used to be very selective in leadership positions but no longer the case
