Pros

Build a lot of connections Work along with Human Resources Starting pay is pretty good

Cons

Don’t have fixed hours, so hours can vary. Managers have to do package handler work if there is a shortage of workers. Mainly trained off learning centers. Don't have the best pay raises

Bad attitudes from other managers. Ego too high from them. Numbers are first and not the people.
