Good company, reasonable pay, time off rtc

Cons

Stuck in 1980. Technology and willingness to advance seems overly challenging. Policy, training, and most manager styles are dated. They have failed to evolve with the time and personaly I feel that will be the downfall of express.

hours are not guaranteed. required to do 40+ hours of work in under 35 hours a week internal promotions have significantly less pay than external hires high attritions
