Great benefits, part of a huge company, very customer centric - believes that every customer is important regardless of volume., excellent value for the money,

Cons

low wages- wages are verly low compared to competition, very stressful - a lot of emphasis at increasing productivity without regard to the human aspect of employees, poor top managers, very few chances to move up

Allowed to take chances to make improvements in operation. Several opportunities to work with customers and sales people to increase business for building and district. Opportunity to earn different certifications to help improve employee skills.

Cons

Some district managers did not provide opportunities for local management talent and only used out of area people. Lacked support for local team
