good benefits when you get the hours......take too long to get benefits should be 6 months.

Cons

load and unload are very often under staffed........and this can promote injury or physical exhaustion.

Pay is decent Good benefits package Tuition reimbursement Great company recognition The opportunity for advancement is there but only if you have a college degree

Cons

Hours are unfavorable Drivers are rude and unappreciative Training is insufficient Managers are only worried about telling you what you do wrong instead of encouraging what you do right Communication is completely downward
