Decent exercise, decent pay, and there are a couple good people in management

Cons

Massive disconnect between employees and management leads to frequent errors. Potential to make things better was strong at first but is now dead in the water. Beware the dental insurance is not working properly.

Being Part-time, Benefits, Can still take on more sorts that are equivalent to full time without being full time.

Cons

No Breaks, you can go to restroom and break room but you have to rush. Biggest Con: You work in North Pole and Have to pack up Santa’s Sleigh every shift, the presents never stop coming down the belt.
