Pros

Benefits are excellent, and the pay is reasonable. It is also relatively easy to work your way up in the company as they look to hire from within before they consider outside hires for management positions. There is a bit of a learning curve when first starting as with any large company there are a multitude of acronyms and company specific data to interpret. Depending on what sort you work you always have weekends off. Raises and bonuses are also productivity based which is nice. Also, if you're going to college there is an excellent tuition reimbursement program.

Cons

There is a pressure to stay under a certain amount of hours per week for part time managers. However, it is almost impossible to perform all tasks for the job in the allotted amount of time. This often requires part time managers to work more hours than are paid for. It ends up being about an extra half hour or so per day.

Hours are unfavorable Drivers are rude and unappreciative Training is insufficient Managers are only worried about telling you what you do wrong instead of encouraging what you do right Communication is completely downward

Pros

there are no pros at this job site unless you would like to be an underpaid slave.

Cons

the managers treat you like garbage as far as yelling at you and firing people that has been there for the most dumbest things. they dont want you to make 1000 hrs. in order to get the benefits (which are good) so they fire people right before they can get them. and then just hire more people to dpo the same job as you for alot cheeper. thats how they save money. there is no union there so the pkg handlers get treated like salves and garbage. LITERLY. no one is on the pkg handlers side because they are so expendable.
