      Pros

      Great benefits for health, dental, and vision. Great education benefits , grant, and scholarship programs are available to all FedEx Express employees. A sense of independence on the on-the-road. Opportunities to advance from Non-DOT, to DOT Courier. More active and less sedentary. Opportunities for overtime are available, especially during peak seasons.

      Cons

      Not enough supplies, devices, and vehicles to allow courier's to perform their job. Hours are cut from willing and able couriers, financially impacting their lives. Pay is good, but does not compete well with competitors. Time-sensitive, potentially hazardous work can be stressful on employees, not much is done to improve morale.
