Pros

Great Health insurance with dental and vision. I used to teach Middle School, and this is much less stressful. When one punches out, one is done fore the day.

Cons

Training usually comes after one makes a mistake. Inconsistencies run ride with how well management follows policy. I deal with customer complaints which isn't always easy.
