Pros

Fedex is a great paying job in today's economy. Where can you go straight from high school, no college education and start at almost $13 an hour. They offer tuition reimbursement, a great benefit package, and retirement options, to everyone (part time included). The people are great. I really love my job I wouldn't change it for anything

Cons

Christmas is crazy around her to be expected, full time is hard to get unless you want a driver postion, and as part time you can get as little as 17.5 hours per week.

There are none. They have gotten so big now that they don't care about their employees especially the ones that have been there 20 years or more. They are too Senior Mangement heavy!!

Cons

When they fire you 2 weeks before Christmas and then take your last check because your vacation time ate it up I would say that sucks!! You have nothing to support your family on and FedEx doesn't care!!

Gets you away from home is the only plus. I really can't think of one good reason to work for this number hungary company today. When you raise goals every year you eventually peak out. Something the company does not realize. They raise the goal numbers so high you have to speed and cheat just to do average at best on your review. FEDEX KEYWORDS THIS ROUND... VOTE UNION soon

Cons

Company is on a 10+ year vinge on taking away, jumpseat,health benefits (Pension/401K contributions) and making us pay more for health care and get less coverage, the list goes on and gets loinger by the day. Im making less now than i was when i started with them if you do FEDEX math
