      Not so good anymore - just a paycheck

      Pros

      It used to be a great place to work good pay great benefits terrific management. Felt like you were part of something big and good. Today - its a paycheck, about the same as competitors but they only "displace" employees never lay them off.

      Cons

      The company has changed it's vision and view of the employee. Healthcare increases are more than the raises. I have less take home pay now then 5 years ago. No desire from management to innovate or try new things, complete disregard for the employee by upper management. Management mantra - just be glad you have a job - I have heard this so many times I want to scream.

      benefits okay, tries to provide good service to customers

      Cons

      Management does not listen to ideas from employees, even though CEO's Philosophy is that who knows are jobs the best but the employees on the frontline. They say there is an opendoor policy but when we tried to submit ideas to corporate that send us back to our managers. District level managers make changes without thinking of consquenses to the operation, customers or its employees. Computerized reports are not accurate, you need to account for human error, which you don't. It's all about numbers, numbers, numbers.

      Health, vision, dental, and 401k Benefits as a part time employee

      Cons

      Company regularly raises starting salary to keep up with the economy however burnt employes do not receive raises to keep up with the cost of living, with current employees under 15 years of service and the rate of raises it will take 15 + years to reach top pay.
