401k match is good if you don't have dependents the health insurance is really good Vacation days and sick leave is good
Cons
The longer you work there the more they want to get rid of you. The CEO is clueless and is driving the business into the ground. MD's treat their employees horribly. Scream and yell at them. HR does nothing to help the situation. When Fedex bought Genco 10 years ago supply chain was billion in revenue with over 100 million in profit and now the revenue is half billion and they're struggling to break evan. They don't follow the FedEx culture. Most of FedEx is great but Fedex Supply Chain is a career killer. They don't take care of their employees, they could care less about the service they provide to their customers, and they don't understand 3pl business which is why they continue to lose market share. Stay away until the entire leadership team is replaced.
