I had a great experience working here. The management team works well together and treats the team fairly.

Cons

The corporate leadership team doesn’t seem to want to take accountability for issues when they get escalated. Puts the team in front of the customer is a bad position.

Mandatory overtime at times. It's not always happening but when it does it can easily cut into one's personal life.
