Sometimes the company is so big it's hard to create the proper connections and advance Terrible maternity leave policy only 2 week off

I have had a great experience thus far with FedEx Logistics. Their training has been great and I have taken full advantage of their added benefits such as tuition and healthcare.

Cons

The pay is dictated based on a hierarchy and there isn't much room for negotiation.
