Pros

First of all, I love my job and I've been here since the beginning. Our GM and management shows respect and compassion for their teammates. I like the open door policy if you need somebody to speak with. They recognize you if you do a good job.

Cons

I wouldn't mind more pay, but wouldn't we all.
