      Lots to learn and do. Many career paths.

      Cons

      Managers are very hit or miss. Often a misdirection between corporate ideals and standards and what actually occurs in the field.

      Pros

      Best company I have ever worked for. Benefits are good. Pay is excellent. Overall culture and focus on people coming first is amazing.

      Cons

      They start everyone with 3 weeks vacation, which is great for a new grad, but disappointing for a seasoned professional.

      Pros

      Good company culture and working in FedEx just like a big family. There are many nice colleagues. Employee welfare and benefits are reasonable. The workload is moderate.

      Cons

      Too many corporate standards need to follow, the restriction resulted in projects development too slow and inefficient. The communication is less between colleagues. No more room to promote as there are many senior and long-service staff in the company. Cannot learn more from FedEx IT department.
