Benefits, and frankly that’s about it anymore.

Cons

RTO is mishandled at best. Pay is lackluster Pay raises are terrible To many bad managers aren’t coached to improve or let go. Someone mentioned sexism, which is unfortunately too common, though the above point plays into that.
