      Pros

      Virtually none. There are far better companies for employees and clients.

      Cons

      - Too many management meetings. - Unrealistic expectations on how many successful appointments can be ran each week. - Inexperienced management attempt to tell advisors how to do their job bc they went through a 3 day training. - culture has changed for the worse since COVID. - they promote employees that are willing to lie about appointment numbers and calls and those that mislead clients.

      For a company run by a woman this has got to be the most sexist company I have ever worked for. Management is absolutely atrocious and untouchable no matter how much they harass you or how inappropriate and manipulative they are. Be VERY careful if you choose to work here as they do not care about you as an individual and will go to great lengths to ruin your career.

      Great company - stay away from the Charleston Branch

      Pros

      Fidelity is a great company. I took advantage of the benefits, growth opportunities, training, and certifications. I was able to advance quickly and enjoyed my co-workers.

      Cons

      The leadership in the Charleston branch is unstable and remains unchecked. Despite numerous complaints to HR about bullying, inconsistent behavior and petty punishments of certain employees, nothing changed in the 3 years I worked there.
