      Pros

      There are no more good reasons to work here, they are all gone. Over 15 years in IT at this company and they have layed off the brightest and most valuable employees. The 'real' workers are gone, teams cut to the bone and expected to still get the work done. Fidelity is cutting IT and are preparing to outsource the whole thing over the next 5 years. Get a job at a company who is going to provide the outsourcing. You are expected to do your job with a blindfold on and both hands tied behind your back. Benefits are going to be cut, demotions are days away, salaries will be cut and no pay raises expected this year.

      Some benefits, specially 401k and profit sharing, and the Fidelity name is respected

      Cons

      The culture and associate experience over the last 3 years has been a drastic decline from what once was. As some who has been here for 15+ years it’s both frustrating and heartbreaking to see the changes that are happening that devalue the experience of the associate. Decisions have completely reversed prior statements made and it makes leadership incredibly difficult to trust.

      The people are really nice.

      Cons

      I really enjoyed working here at one point but the company has slowly been reducing the benefits. It is going full time in office starting in September and has become stricter with hourly tracking. I’m an adult who gets my work done and I’d like to not be treated otherwise.
