Don't understand why people like this place

Pros

Some of the people are great. The 401k match (once it kicks in) is higher than average. It is a stable company.

Cons

The benefits are good by 1946 standards but not 2026. 401k match doesn't start until after 1 year, and then takes an additional 5 years to vest. 23 days of PTO (vacation+ sick) with an absolute unwillingness to negotiate. The worst holiday schedule I've ever had. Base pay is abysmal for a company with trillions of dollars. Plus, the recent announcement of a mandatory full-time RTO when every team is distributed across the globe is so antiquated and so thinly veiled of "collaboration is better in person." We all know it's either about control or trying to get people to quit to avoid layoffs.

Pros

Benefits, pto, profit sharing, medical, company 401k match

Cons

Used to be a great company, but now no longer the case with 100 percent return to office. No flexibility in office days. Repeated delays in org rollouts, and frequent layoff speculation. Full RTO push is for tax purposes, and pushing people to quit so they don’t have to layoff and pay severance. I used to love and trust this company, but after the last few years it’s clear they really don’t care about their employees.

Factory style work

Pros

It's a job. As long as you are in line with expectations your okay.

Cons

It's like a factory. The company does not care about client relationships as much as they care about getting through calls. AI will definitely take over this role.
