Read the "CONS" and "Advice to Management" shown below. I have nothing positive to say about this place. I give it LESS than one Star.

Cons

VERY POOR performance evaluation structure. Often times the best, most reliable, and hard working employees are left behind while the YOUNG with "beautiful smiles and fake loud voices" continue to advance. EXTREMELY political and extremely poor management throughout many business units.

The comapny has great benefits and the size means that for a smart, ambitious person, it becomes realyl easy to get ahead.

Cons

You are just a number. The attitude was that if you didn't like the way it was, you were welcome to leave because there were always phone jockeys lined up behind you ready to take your job. In the phone sites, the training department and other off-phone jobs were so few and far between that politics and drama ensued as people tried desparately to keep their cushy jobs without phone headsets.

Tough to satisfy the 20 word minimum talking about the pros of this company. Covered parking, on site gym.

Cons

IT department is unfocused, disorganized; management is absolutely amoral and contemptuous. The pay is a few dollars less than insulting. Bureaucracy and ego take precedence over any creativity or even common sense.
