      Great benefits, good training progroms

      Pros

      Great benefits (dental, vision, vacation, tuition reimbursement, gym memebership reimbusement) The training provided is beneficial as it is comprehansive in Health & Welfare and Payroll benefit knowledge.

      Cons

      Little opportunity to move up within call centre. Tough to take ownership of issues as there are different departments that might need to work on an issue and the communication is inefficient between them. Addionally management is constantly changing the evaluation metrics, often times reverting back to old methods. Company is in transition period as many jobs are being relocated to other centres and thus long term stability within the organization is delicate.

      Pros

      Fidelity is a large, multifaceted umbrella of companies affording a range of opportunities. Benefits are good -- especially the 401k since Fidelity is the premier provider of mutual fund services. The entrepreneurial spirit of its Chairman still there but needs a boost.

      Cons

      Fidelity is increasingly feeling its size and is not as nimble as it once was. Investments in technology are there but so are attendant bureaucratic obstacles. If Fidelity endeavors to retain the core cadre of good people it has recruited in the past and bring their insights to bear, they could well maintain their standing and, potentially, go on to new heights.
