      Fun place to work, though salary is low compared to competitors

      Pros

      - events almost every month with 100-200 attendees, free snacks, and usually some sort of activity/entertainment - free ice cream restocked every day (though they usually run out by lunch every time), and recently got a barista to provide coffee every morning - if you want to make friends, join the clubs - flexible schedule with core hours between 10am-4pm - they prioritize productivity over hours worked - easy process to request day offs (15 PTO days, 6 health days, 1 floating holiday) - 3 days in office, 2 days remote

      Cons

      - salary is very low compared to competitors - your salary does not change when you transfer internally - some of the employees are very rude - I never really got any feedback regarding my performance - I would receive my merit in the same meeting as my year-end review, meaning it was predetermined so I don't know why I wasted my time listing everything I did and how it helped the teams' overall success
